MicroEtch Screens

Our photo etching technology is used to create our MicroEtch Screens. This method yields a completed product free of burrs, resulting in a screen that is cleaner and more effective. Designers can also make a conical hole with the photo etching procedure, which makes back flow cleaning and liquid filtering easier.


When compared to wire mesh choices, these screens offer better stability and tighter tolerance hole sizes. The MicroEtch Screens are perfect if you have to clean your systems frequently or if your items need to make mechanical touch.
Custom MicroEtch Screens are made by Tongjin Technology and are utilized in a variety of applications, including extrusion screens, gasoline filters, laser light filters, and hydraulic valves. While different materials are available, stainless steel is the primary material used to create screens. One of the features is a hole design that is either 60 or 90 degrees.
